Whole scrod haddock is a delicious, popular fish that can be served hot from the broiler, saucepan, or grill. With whole haddock, you have access to all parts of the fish to use – some love to use the fish head and bones to make fish stock. If you prefer just to use the fillets, we also sell those separately. Haddock traces its roots back further than 400 years of being caught and supplied to the local Gloucester, MA area.
