Haddock Fillets

Our haddock fillets are cut each day and never contain preservatives, chemicals, or additives. Haddock is a mild-tasting fish and actually a member of the cod family. So its roots go back over 400 years deep in the history of the Gloucester fishing industry. The fillets are very versatile and great for simply baking, roasting, poaching, frying, or used for fish tacos.
